FAQ

When will I get my images back?

Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time for images. (Turnaround time for me is typically 3-5 days though).

When do I need to pay the session retainer fee?

Session retainer fee must be paid upon booking a shoot (when we agree on a date and time to shoot).

How do you take payment?

I accept payment via Venmo, or PayPal, or cash.

What if I have to cancel my session?

Please message me a few days prior to canceling. As stated above, session retainer fee will not be returned.

Additional Considerations:

Please do no edit proofs or final images yourself. If you’d like something fixed in an image or edited differently, message and request for me to do so.

Please do not screenshot images when I send proofs or final images. The online gallery I send will give you the option to download the images in high resolution. Screenshot images appear blurry when posted to social media.
